You should know that we love Jacqueline. She is absolutely a customer service SUPERSTAR who cares about her clients. Being a former JD Power executive (specializing in customer satisfaction) the good, bad, and ugly are easy to identify...but indeed are rare finds. I mentioned to Nedalee that I received more caring from her in one transaction than I did from similar folks at Tyent in over a year.

I'm writing to express my satisfaction with Chansonwater as a company, and to particularly praise your employee Andrea Cabasal.

I was impressed with Andrea from my first phone call enquiring about servicing of my aging Microwater maker. Her friendly and knowledgeable manner made me feel confident in sending the machine down. (I live on the west coast of Canada) Unfortunately, on the return customs Invoice, your shipper incorrectly indicated 'Reason for Export' was 'sale' instead of 'non-warranty repair', and I was hit with a $278. bill to bring my own machine back into Canada. Needless to say, from my first frantic phone call, followed by numerous calls and emails over the next two days, Andrea remained positive, friendly and respectful. It took a lot of her time to sort out a problem that someone else created, but she always made me feel that it was important, both to her and to the company, to get it resolved. I'm happy to report that as of today, UPS has reversed the charge and billed me correctly.

I have nothing but praise for Andrea's customer service skills and based on her performance alone, I would deal again with Chansonwater and recommend you to friends. Superb customer service is becoming a rare commodity today. You have one very satisfied customer, thanks to a very valuable employee!
